The Hario Bona Kettle merges a modern approach to pour-over, or brewing with a classic, enameled steel exterior. This beautiful kettle boasts a white enamel surface with teak wood accents and a deep blue flecked interior. With its gooseneck spout, the Bona Enamel Drip Coffee Kettle allows for fine control over flow rate, creating the perfect pour. 

An ample 800 ml capacity is quite sufficient for family and friends alike. Even though the kettle can hold 1.4L of water, it works best with under a liter to minimize spillage. Please consider that the enamel on the lid and mouth of the kettle will chip away slightly with consistent use. Small spots of rust can form on the kettle but it is perfectly normal and safe.

The Hario is compatible with most cooktops, including electric, gas, and induction. There is no whistle on the kettle to bother you with its loud screech. The lid has vents which allow steam to escape soundlessly alongside a crimp to hold it in place during use. 

It is not recommended to put the kettle in the dishwasher. Instead, it should be hand-washed with a soft cloth. Additionally, the teak wood should be oiled occasionally so as to protect their finish.
