The top of the Paris Press is where you place your beans to be ground. On the top of this hopper sits the grinding handle with a plastic holding knob for easy grip. 

As you turn the handle to grind your coffee, the fresh grounds fall directly into the base of the grinder, which will allow you to pour your hot water right on top as it converts to a press before your very eyes! 

After you’re done using the Paris Press’ grinding feature, all you’ll need to do is replace the top grinding handle with the plunger attachment.

Press the plunger, and it turns it into a French press in one simple step.
